Often improving operations and data collection requires some level of organizational and process change. It may be an relatively "simple" change to processes or forms, but as with all change, there are usually cultural and technological change accompanying these initiatives. Piper’s experts help an organization understand what to ask, how to plan for, implement, and evaluate any changes to these internal systems.  For instance, too often a key piece of data is not captured by a form. Once it is captured, however, the ramifications can be significant: new database fields, new rules and ETL conditions, new metrics, pivots and/or reports, all from the relatively simple task of adding one data field.
