Mr. Dean is a hands-on Director who has
strong client implementation experience. He is
responsible for operations and client relationships,
particularly business challenges necessitating technical
data-intensive solutions. Clayton has over 18 years
experience building enterprise-level software solutions
for the public sector and telecommunications
industries. He specializes in helping
government clients assess system needs, become more
responsive to external stakeholders and improve system
efficiencies.
Mr. Dean would like to acknowledge the
many family, friends, peers, and specifically many
long-term customers who have helped launch Piper
Consulting Group and ensure its success.
Prior to founding The Piper Consulting Group, Mr. Dean
participated in the start-up of several successful local
ventures. Mr. Dean received a MBA in Strategy
and Technology Innovation from George Washington
University, has a PMP from the Project Management
Institute (PMI) and well versed in Six Sigma and Lean
methodologies. He is a passionate soccer player and
fan, and will be in Brazil in 2014 rooting on the U. S.
team.
